Our last nights in CR were spent in this Best Western. The room was a very good size, spotless and the beds the most comfortable we'd met in CR! The Breakfast was excellent; varied and fresh. Staff especially at breakfast were helpful, efficient and very courteous. This is quite a new hotel so facilities and furnishings were very good. The nearest eatery is a Dennys next door. The food was Denny's. All in all reasonable Value for money.

We checked in for six hours prior to our flight since we'd come from Tortuguero that morning and needed showers/facilities for an afternoon. I think they must be in the process of updating their own gym but in the meantime we had access to the enormous gym located just behind the hotel. This, combined with the pretty pool and jacuzzi made our time here worthwhile. The rooms were clean and adequate. Perfect for what we needed

The room was very nice with lots of amenities. It had a bathtub (not all rooms in the hotel have one though). Personelle was friendly and helpful. From my balcony I could walk to the pool, which was very nice. The inner courtyard has a huge tree, which, I don't know why, seemed really nice. Breakfast variety is ok. There is a Denny's next to the hotel, they deliver to the room.

We had a 2am flight so booked this hotel to stay at so we didn't need to sit at the airport for hours after dropping off our rental car. They provide hourly shuttles until 10 or 11 and then after that they will personally call you a shuttle at any time you need it. They were extremely helpful! Bonus points for the nice pool/hot tub and the bed was so comfortable.

It was in a great location with walking distance to a grocery store and a few restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The fresh fruit options and quality of breakfast overlooking the foliage was a great way to start my day. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. This place is an affordable gem tucked in busy San Jose!
